Pool Covers ordered from Discount Pool Cover.com are drop-shipped to your location by the manufacturer.

Returns

Your pool cover may be returned within 30 days of its original shipping date under the following conditions: 

• It is in the original shipping box and the shipping box has not been opened.
• The original shipping box is undamaged and the pool cover is in resale-able condition.
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) has been issued to you by Discount Pool Cover.com
  Contact Michael Marlin at 1-888-972-8396 for an RMA.
• A restocking fee of 20% of the sale price will apply to all returned pool covers. 
• You are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Custom pool covers made to your measurements are not returnable.
